In addition to my books, I also run open day course in London where you can explore different ways of getting more out of your relationships. Here are some of the comments about my previous workshops:

• The course opened my mind to the possibilities of a different kind of relationship than I have had in the past. I have a list of things that I will bring and want from a relationship. Now I look forward to putting them into practice.

Perhaps the most exciting part of running the workshops is seeing how group members support each other and learn from each other:

• The openness of the course participants in a safe environment was a relief to say the least. The relief was from knowing for the first time that there were people that felt emotionally the same way that I did.
• At last I could share my fears, sadness, loneliness and relationship disasters with people that listened to me without judgement.

I also work with another therapist, Debbie Edwards, so there is a good ratio of trainers to participants. The cost is £150 (and includes lunch and tea or coffee)
