Two new spring workshops
If you are feeling stuck, you’ll be interested in my latest workshop in Central London at the London Mind, Body and Spirit Festival on Saturday 29th of May. I’m really excited about being part of this event as it draws some of the best workshop leaders from around the world. It is a real honour to be invited. This shorter workshop called How to love yourself enough is an ideal introduction to my books and my approach. There’s more details on the ‘Workshops’ button on the left on this site, but to book contact the festival direct by clicking on the banner above.
There is a second full day work in Central London on Saturday 26th of June called Facing up to your fears about relationships. I’ve decided to run this ground breaking workshop because so many single people are being held back by their fears of being hurt or taken over by potential lovers. Meanwhile people in long term relationships are often frightened of showing their true feelings in case they are rejected too. However, once we can put aside our relationship fears and be honest with ourselves, our partner or a potential lover, it is amazing how everything is transformed and anything is possible.
Here is some feedback from my most recent workshop (Heal & Move On):
“It was good to hear that everybody is going through stuff and that we all sometimes struggle to cope”
“I particularly appreciated the small number of people and the personal feedback and insights”
“Very pleased to have attended. Lovely people and I felt well-supported by Andrew and Debby”
“Very good, useful, powerful day – thank you.”
“Good fun but exhausting but I think I’ll feel the value after the event as well.”
