Heal and Move On

Do you feel stuck? Does some problem feel so overwhelming, you don’t know where to start? Does  something or someone from your past weigh you down? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you might find this workshop helpful.

It’s being organised by Alternatives (The UK’s leading provider of self-development workshops and talks based at St James’s Church, Piccadilly, London) and is on Saturday 05 November 2011 – 10.30 AM to 5.30 PM

Who will benefit from this workshop? Firstly, I see a lot of long-term singles who have an ‘ex’ who pings in and out of their life (promising that this time it will be different) and others who have a ‘reserve’ or ‘one who got away’ who is hanging around in the background. This man or woman is not officially in their lives but enough of a presence to stop them from properly healing and finding lasting love. If this sounds familiar, my workshop will help you decide if a relationship is a real possibility or an emotional handicap and best forgotten.

Secondly, I see lots of people in long-term relationships (especially after infidelity or where the love has drained out of the relationship) who are wondering if there is still life in their marriage or whether it has been consumed by pain, anger and betrayal. If you can’t decide whether to heal and move on together or make the journey to recovery apart, this workshop will help provide clarity.

Thirdly, if your partner has forced you into a divorce that you don’t want and you’re struggling to come to terms with it or your love is still ‘alive and well’ (even though you wish it wasn’t), my workshop will help you understand why your relationship collapsed and map out the seven steps to recovery.

It’s interactive workshop – with lots of exercises and hand on learning – includes the famous ‘empty chair’ where you have the opportunity to practise a difficult conversation with someone or imagine having the conversation that you’ve always dreamed of with an ex.

This is my second Alternatives Workshop at the introduction price of £65/40 (concessions) – my workshops are normally £175 – the last one sold out so book early.  For more details and a booking form, please go to:
