This is a special introduction to my work as part of the Alternatives series at the historic St James’s Church in Piccadilly, London. They have been hosting talks and workshops on ‘Mind Body Spirit’ type events since 1982 and I’m really excited about teaming up with them. My workshop, Finding Lasting Love, is on Saturday 4th December between 10.30am and 5.30pm. Unlike my other workshops - which are more intimate and allows plenty of time for one-to-one attention - this is a larger group (somewhere around 30 participants) and this is reflected in the lower cost of £60 (£40 for concessions)
Do you want to settle down but can’t find the right person? Have you come out of a long-term relationships or had your heart badly broken and fear nobody will love you again? Do you have low self-esteem and find it hard to make lasting connections? You’re not alone, it’s harder to find love today than ever before.
I’ll explain how to make better connections, the coping strategies with being single that make it harder to find love and how to make peace with your past so you’re not carrying old baggage onto a new relationship. You will find new ways to search for a partner that encourage an open mind and more fulfilling emotional connections. How like attracts like, and how to work on balancing yourself to bring similarly balanced people into your life. And how to tell if you and your new man or woman have the makings of a successful long-term partnership.
Reviews from other people who have done the workshop: ‘I was particularly struck with the caring and supportive environment and leadership and the time taken with everyone to listen and advise in a totally sensitive way’ and ‘It was good to know that we all face challenges and that I’m not a freak’.
